Doug Shrewsbury learned this trade the way it should be learned — side by side with his father, starting at age 13. He went on to earn his certifications and licenses, but the most important lessons came long before that: show up on time, be honest, charge a fair price, and take care of people.
In 2009, Doug took everything his father taught him and built Infinity Air Solutions — a company grounded in those same values from day one.
Now his son Nick is coming up through the ranks, and the tradition continues. Nick's skills grow stronger every day, and he's on track to complete the Trane owner course — the industry's mark of a technician and leader ready to carry a business forward.

I didn't just grow up around this industry — I grew up in it. Riding along to jobs with my dad, helping on installs, watching how he treated customers. This trade, and this company, have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Now at 18, I'm proud to be on the team full-time. I'm still building my skills every day, and I take that seriously — every job is a chance to learn and to get it right. Hoover is my home. Over the decades I've built real hands-on expertise in duct installation, system service, and keeping heating and cooling systems running the way they should.
