Vestavia Hills homes run the gamut from older ranch style houses to newer builds up in the hills, and we have worked on all of it. We're based just down the road in Hoover, so when your AC quits on a 95 degree afternoon or your furnace won't catch in January, you're not waiting on a technician driving in from across the metro.
We handle AC Repair, AC Replacement, Furnance Repair, and Heating Tune Ups all with clear and up front pricing before we start.
We're available around the clock.
Is It Time to Replace Your AC System?
Repair isn't always the right answer — but neither is replacement.
Here's what typically points toward a new system:
Your system is 12–15 years old or older
Repair costs are approaching or exceeding 50% of a new system's price
Your home struggles to stay comfortable even when the system is running
Your energy bills have steadily increased year over year
You've had multiple breakdowns in the past 12 months
If you're unsure, call us. We'll give you our honest read with a free estimate — and if repair is the smarter move, that's what we'll tell you.
Not all systems are created equal, and sizing matters more than most homeowners realize. An oversized unit in a Vestavia Hills home will short-cycle, wear out faster, and leave you with humidity problems. An undersized one will run constantly and never quite keep up. We take the time to size your replacement correctly for your specific home and not just swap in whatever's on the truck.
We carry top-of-the-line equipment and will walk you through the efficiency ratings, warranty terms, and long-term cost differences so you can make a confident decision.
Why the Brand and Equipment Matter
Our AC Replacement Process
We keep it simple and transparent:
-
Assessment — We evaluate your current system, your home's cooling needs, and your ductwork
-
Options — We present you with replacement options at different price points with clear explanations of the difference
-
Your decision — You approve the work and the price before anything begins
-
Installation — Our technicians complete the installation cleanly and professionally
-
Follow-up — We make sure the system is performing correctly before we leave
No surprise add-ons. No pressure to upgrade beyond what your home actually needs.

30+ years of experience - including hundreds of system replacements across the Birmingham area
-
Honest assessments - we won't recommend replacement unless it's genuinely the right call
